These “found compositions” are the undiscovered, often overlooked territory of my neighborhood. I focus in on the nooks and crannies, the cracks and scrapes, that form intriguing compositions. Through the screen of my iphone I find these aesthetic moments -- aka found Rothkos -- and capture them directly with no manipulation.
